About Us
Who Are We? Mile High Health Team is locally owned and operated, and provides support staff of RNs, LPNs, CNAs and ORTs for health care institutions. President Beth Mann-Swanson, an RN with a Master's Degree in nursing, has worked in the industry for more than 25 years. She brings professional expertise and unsurpassed clinical supervisory skills. Beth has worked in many cities in both the home health and staffing business. Based on her experience, she developed the vision of how to create a more positive experience for agency employees. Mile High Health Team is committed to reaching new heights in customer and employee satisfaction. |

What Do We Believe? Mile High Health Team is an employee focused company. Our measure of success is based on the level of satisfaction of our employees. We want them to know they are valued and appreciated. This is rarely done in the temporary nursing industry. The reason we chose the word "TEAM" in our name is because we believe in Team Building and in creating a total Team atmosphere. As employees, we want to be Team Leaders.
