Timesheets:
Employees that fax timesheets in, remember to always
call the office to verify we received them. This will ensure
a timely payroll process.
New Benefit to our Employees
As of January 1, 2008 we implemented a Payroll Deduction Plan (PDP) to fund an
Individual Retirement Account (IRA)/Non-Qualified Account. This program is
totally voluntary and employee participation only. We sent out mailers pertaining
to this information, if you did not receive one or would like additional information;
please contact Suzy at the office.
Holiday Reminders:
March 17th is St. Patrick’s Day; the office will be open normal
business hours. March 23rd is Easter, as this is a Sunday, the office
will not be open. However, weekend staffers will be available as usual
at 303-692-8500. Neither of these holidays are available at time and
one half, please keep these dates in mind when making your schedule.
AAS Kronos Reminder:
Health One facilities, which include Centennial Medical; Centrum Surgery;
Denver Mid Town; Lakewood Surgery Center; Medical Center of Aurora
North and South; North Suburban Medical Center, Spine Center and Surgery
Center; Presbyterian St. Luke’s; Rose Family Medicine Clinic
and Rose Medical; Rose Spalding; Sky Ridge Medical Center and Surgery
Center; Spalding Rehabilitation; Swedish Medical, have started using
Kronos.
| a) Make sure you always log in the book in the staffing
office every time you work. |
| b) You will need your 9 digit EIN# in order to “punch
in” every time. |
| c) If no lunch was taken or you clocked in late, you
must document in the same log on the same line what the
exception is. Write on time sheet to let us know you
have logged the exception (ex: “logged in book”) |
| d) You will always have to complete a time sheet in
order to get paid. You must use the time you clocked
in and out on your time sheet. (ex: 0652-1925) |
Please help us with this process and take responsibility for documenting
correctly. When in doubt, always call us to verify a facilities process.
