Announcements

A few tips to assure the facilities will ask for you to return:

1) A smile goes a long way. When you first arrive at the facility, make sure and greet the customer with a smile.
2) Arrive on time! This continues to be an on going problem and the clients are telling us that it must stop or they will no longer use the agency staff.
3) You must arrive with a clean, pressed uniform and a name badge. Most clients will send you home if your appearance is not appropriate or if you do not have a name badge.
4) If you have a compliant, bring it to the Mile High office. One of our staff will speak to you about the issue and if need be will call and speak to the client. Most problems can be solved this way making anyone happy.
5) Never complain to the facility staffing office about the floor you worked at. This puts a flag up by your name and may they not use you next time that unit has a need. We as agency need to be willing to work the units that need staffed.
6) It’s easy to get caught up in other people’s drama but it’s better for you to keep your thoughts to yourself. As you know your number one job is patient care.
7) Even though you worked hard, thank them for having you and leave with a smile!

Timesheets:
Employees that fax timesheets in, remember to always call the office to verify we received them. This will ensure a timely payroll process.

**** Holiday Closing Reminders *****

The Federal Reserve will be closed on Friday December 25th for Christmas Day and Friday January 1st for New Years Day. For those employees who have direct deposit payroll, no deposits will be made to your account on these dates. The office will be closed but the staffers will be on the phones to take care of your schedules or questions.

Always remember that MHHT is there for our employee’s. Please note if things start to go bad on one of your shifts, we would like to know about them before they escalate into a bigger problem. If it’s 2 o’ clock in the morning or 2 0 ‘ clock in the afternoon, we want you to call us. Sometimes it’s is often easier to diffuse a situation with a third party.
